  • Brownfields Cleanup Program – the main property is subject to a Brownfield Cleanup Agreement. Tax credits are available for eligible Site Preparation costs, including remediation and demolition. Additional Tangible Property tax credits ranging from 10-24% are available for eligible improvements to the property.
  • The property is located in the Tonawanda Brownfield Opportunity Area   – making it eligible for an additional 5% Tangible Property Tax Credit (on top of the 10% base).
